The first step will be to add your second email address to your device if its not already added (if its already added, you can skip the next two paragraphs).
- If you use the native Mail app, you will need to go to your Device Settings (not Site Audit Pro Settings) > Mail > Accounts > Add Account. Then follow the instructions on-screen to add your email account. Make sure the Mail option for this account is switched on.
- For other, third-party email apps (e.g. Gmail, Outlook, etc.), you will need to go into that app and follow the procedure for adding an email account.
Now, when emailing your report, you have two options as to how you wish to select which account to use, depending on if you want to change the sending email address permanently or not.
Permanent Change (for the native Mail app only):
You can set your work email as your default email account. To do this, go to the device Settings > Mail. Scroll right to the bottom of this list, you'll see a Default Account option where you can select your work email. This will affect any emails you send out from any app, but it will be a time saver if you send out reports from Site Audit Pro often.
Optional Change when sending each email out (for most email apps, including the native Mail app):
The second option is to manually change which email you send your reports with. To do this, when you're on the screen showing your email message with your report attached, you should see sections at the top for:
- To:
- Cc/Bcc, From: (for some email apps, "From" may be a separate field)
- Subject:
Tapping on the "Cc/Bcc, From:" area will expand these three areas. You can then tap the email address in the "From:" section which will bring up a list of all the email addresses that are on your device. Select one and that will be the address you send your report from.
