This is possible by using a computer to access your Site Audit Pro files directly. The app will only store one PDF, which is the last generated report, but this file should update with every newly generated report, even when plugged into a computer. Because of this system, you don't need to worry about PDFs using up storage space - the app handles this issue itself!
Prior to doing anything else, generate the report you need within the app so that it's ready to access. Once done, please follow the relevant instructions for your computer below to access your PDF reports directly:
Windows PC / macOS Mojave and older
First of all, please ensure you are running the most recent version of both Site Audit Pro, and iTunes.
- Connect your device to your computer.
- Open iTunes and click the device icon in the top left.
- Click "File Sharing" on the left side of the window.
- Find and click "Site Audit Pro".
- Select all the folder named "__LatestReport".
- Click "Save to…" and save it to a safe location on your computer.
If you have additional reports you need to access, generate the next one within the app and then save the "__LatestReport" folder again. Repeat this process for each report (you will have to do this process for each report individually).
macOS Catalina and newer
First of all, please ensure you are running the most recent version of Site Audit Pro.
- Connect your device to a Mac device.
- Open Finder.
- Click the device in the left side of the window where your Mac's folders and storage drives are listed (it'll be listed under the sub-heading "Locations").
- Locate and click "Files" within the list of tabs, found underneath the device details at the top of the window.
- Find and expand the entry for "Site Audit Pro".
- Open a second instance of Finder and navigate to where you wish to store your Site Audit Pro report.
- From the first Finder window (showing your device), click and drag the folder "__LatestReport", listed under Site Audit Pro, to the second Finder window.
If you have additional reports you need to access, generate the next one within the app and then save the "__LatestReport" folder again. Repeat this process for each report (you will have to do this process for each report individually).
