1) Access the Project you wish to generate a report for.
2) From the Project Summary page, click on "Share Report".
3) The next page will show a preview of your report. To the right, you will see a range of options available to change the look of your report.
- Include on Report - Choose which items you want to include in your report.
- Theme - Choose the basic format of your report.
- Colours - Select new colours for aspects of your report. This feature is exclusive to Site Audit Pro Cloud.
- Sizes - Change the size of your text and photos within your report.
- Photo Quality - Change the quality of the photos on your report. Reducing photo quality will reduce the overall file size of the PDF, making this tool useful for large reports.
4) Click on "Request Report" to start creating your PDF file. This may take some time so don't close or move from this page.
5) Once your file has been created, you can click the "Download Report" button to download it to your computer.
